Free Ground Shipping Canada & USA

We do offer FREE ground shipping on all our orders within Canada & USA (48 Lower States). Some restrictions apply:

Canada

Canadian orders are shipped out of our Toronto warehouse located at 877 Alness Street, unit #10, North York, Ontario.

Restrictions: Shipments to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, certain areas in Labrador and any rural area with very limited access to our couriers might require extra shipping charges.

Certain oversized products might require extra shipping charges, such as, but not limited to: Fifth Wheel Hitches, Grille Guards, Bumpers, Cargo Management Systems, certain All/Mud Terrain Tires and select Tonneau Covers).

In the case where your order requires additional shipping charges, you’ll be contacted by our customer service team through either phone or e-mail to get your confirmation on the additional freight charge or a full refund before proceeding with the order.

Free shipping does not include inbound freight for special orders. Out of stock items will be placed on a standard backorder and arrive with our next stock order from the manufacturer if expedited freight is not requested.

 

USA

USA orders are shipped out of our Lewiston, NY facility or direct from our Distributor Locations in California & New Jersey.

Restrictions: We do NOT ship to Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates.

PO Box addresses

We also do ship to Canadian PO Box addresses via Canada Post, however delivery times can take longer.

We do NOT ship to US PO Box addresses.

 

Order Process Times

Canada Shipping takes 3-14 business days (up to 3 weeks regular days) for customers to receive it (Canada-wide). However, some out of stock or special-order products may require additional processing days plus 2-3 weeks shipping period (shipment may take longer if being shipped to a remote area). Please contact us regarding any questions. 

 

USA Shipping takes 3-14 business days (up to 3 weeks regular days) for customers to receive it (48 Lower States), However, some out of stock or special-order products may require additional processing days plus 2-3 weeks shipping period (shipment may take longer if being shipped to a remote area). Estimated Shipping Date

While we do our best to provide accurate estimated times of arrival to our customers, we are not making a guarantee. There are many factors at hand in the shipping of automotive goods including, but not limited to manufacturing times, supply chain issues, shipping delays, and border hold ups.
